I purchased a 22lr revolver a pair months ago, I wished to lengthen the barrel by about two inches so I requested where by I could purchase a replacement barrel on the manufactures website, they claimed which the gun was registered to me via the atf with a particular barrel size and if I adjust which i would need a fresh serial number.
